You & Me at the End of the World by Brianna Bourne. 5 out of 5 stars. Romance. Sci-Fi. Young Adult.

Would definitely recommend! I think everyone would enjoy and love this book.

Summary:

This is no ordinary apocalypse...

Hannah Ashton wakes up to silence. The entire city around her is empty, except for one other person: Leo Sterling. Leo might be hottest boy ever (and not just because he's the only one left), but he's also too charming, too selfish, and too devastating for his own good, let alone Hannah's.

Stuck with only each other, they explore a world with no parents, no friends, and no school and realize that they can be themselves instead of playing the parts everyone expects of them. Hannah doesn't have to be just an overachieving, music-box-perfect ballerina, and Leo can be more than a slacker, 80s-glam-metal-obsessed guitarist. Leo is a burst of honesty and fun that draws Hannah out, and Hannah's got Leo thinking about someone other than himself for the first time.

Together, they search for answers amid crushing isolation, but while their empty world may appear harmless . . . it's not. Because nothing is quite as it seems, and if Hannah and Leo don't figure out what's going on, they might just be torn apart forever.

My Review:

This has to be my absolute new favorite book. I couldn't put it down! I stayed up late reading it and finally had to go to sleep. I was so disappointed to put this book down, but you have to get sleep. (Or do you?...no..no you do)

You & Me at the End of the World is absolutely amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The plot, the characters, the romance, everything about it was simply perfect. Leo and Hannah are my two favorite characters now. I really think a lot of people could also learn from this book and understand that even though peer pressure makes you act different, there's always someone out there that you can be open with. Someone that will understand everything and anything.

It's so important for those who are 'popular' or who are 'jocks' to understand that even under peer pressure you need to be true to yourself. Because are you even living if you're faking everything? I don't think so. You can't ever truly live unless you are being you. Be you! Someone's out there and to quote Teen Wolf

"Smile. Someone Could be Falling in Love with your Smile." So instead.

"Be you. Someone could be falling in love with the real you. Not the fake you."

I definitely recommend this book!

Pros:

Unique plot

Amazing plot twist (I really loved this plot twist and it had me on the edge of my seat!)

Beautiful relationships/romance

I love the importance that Brianna Bourne puts in about cherishing everyone in your life. Because once they're gone...you'll miss them more than anything.

The ending was simply..PERFECT. Definitely a happy-ending.

The cover of this book is beautiful! I adore this cover and it's one of my favorites of the books I own. Just the colors mixed together create such a happy feeling.

I never wanted to put it down!!!! (Which is GOOD!)

Need I say More? I mean..I think you guys should just go pre-order it now...it's really good!
